Check-in process was frustratingly slow with room not ready!!! Shower curtain needs replacement, and cleaning standards could be improved to avoid overlooked details!!! Wi-Fi signal unreliable at times, making work difficult!!!

I found the location ideal, with easy access to restaurants and a free shuttle to downtown. The breakfast exceeded expectations, featuring eggs and beans, a nice touch compared to continental options. Room cleanliness impressed me, alongside the staff's willingness to provide extra towels and water. However, wifi connectivity was troublesome at times, with some friends experiencing issues. Furthermore, on check-in, our room was not ready, causing a delay, and there were no towels in our room until much later, which added to the frustration. Finally, the bathroom had a persistent odor from the drainage that was quite bothersome. While I appreciated the amenities and the helpfulness of the staff, these issues did detract from an otherwise pleasant stay.
